Miguel was so easy to work with to plan, schedule, and complete our holiday lights. He communicated promptly and made sure to clarify exactly what we wanted. Our lights look neat and secure. He was thoughtful to remind us to keep the light spools for storage and made sure to give us the warranty card for our new lights. Would use Varela Lawn & Yard again!

Details: Installation and removal • No, I will provide the lights myself • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Residential

I will have to add photos but here is the quick review, Miguel came out and was able to knock out the work we wanted done in the yard, he also offered to treat it for weeds since most of the work was weed overgrowth and trimming, and has since started mowing for us when we are out of town. We would recommend him.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working part-time at FedEx and went one day with my Dad to help mow some yards. Long story short. I loved it! There was something very interesting about being outside, able to help folks in this satisfying process of making their home feel ever more comfortable and peaceful. Here we are about 1 & 1/2 years later still thriving on that passion.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Holiday Lighting Installation. It was cold, on roofs, fingers freezing but the result of a hard 8hrs was very worth it. Check out the featured projects!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always meet the person that is ACTUALLY doing the work, I love teamwork as much as the next guy but not everyone has the same standards, skills or experience. Be respectful, be understanding and every serviceman will love working with you.
