FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's extremely modest and fair. I'm not an entity trying to rob my customers and will try my best to provide high quality service, consultations, trainings, etc., at a more than fair, and submarket cost. Depending on the issue, I may also offer minor services on a donation based pricing structure. I'm not going to charge for minor troubleshooting tips, but would prefer donations if a tip helps a client resolve their issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and gather further details from my client. From there, I'll explain a comprehensive plan of action which usually will consist of troubleshooting procedures to try. If that has not corrected the issue, I'll then present a plan of action and Statement of Work with a fair cost.
