There is so much to say about Romaine and his crew from Island Breeze. Our AC system, consisting of two outside condensers and o e unit in the attic another in the basement. From the day of the estimate to every day he stopped by to discuss details to the install date, he and his crew were punctual, friendly, and professional. He explained our options thoroughly and sent co tracts that matched what he told us…no surprises. But what really set island Breeze apart was the willingness to work a Friday evening as well as a Saturday from 6am to 6pm and then Sunday 6am to 10am kn the middle of a 90-95 degree heatwave so they could ‘get it done for us’ because we had been without AC for nearly 3 weeks. Now that is great customer service. Thank you Romaine and crew. We appreciate all you did, how efficiently you worked, and how clean everything was when the job was finished.
