Would I recommend: Absolutely! Tom not only serviced out HVAC, cleaned it and readied it for service, he took the time to explain to me my system and how it works. He was attentive, so easy to ask questions to and genuinely seems to enjoy his job! Simply put, you will not get better value for your dollars anywhere else. Tom was great! He was honest, personable and responsive. I showed him exactly what I needed to get done and he fixed it the very next day. I’ve been using an indoor dryer vent for the past year and it’s been horrible. I had lint everywhere and my basement became humid whenever I would run the dryer. I needed him to drill a hole into my wall to connect the dryer vent to the outside. He did just that and made it easy for me to clean the dryer vent on my own. I am so pleased with this and now I can run my dryer without any problems! His work was clean and I’m definitely looking forward to working with him again!
