Anton responded immediately and scheduled a next day appointment to repair our dryer. He was punctual and responded quickly to our messages. Anton responded immediately to my inquiry. Came out next day and included the evaluation visit in his repair . Came back after initial visit to further investigate while the washer was having the problem. Ordered the part and returned next day to install. Washer works perfectly.

Art went above and beyond in our refrigerator repair. Our refrigerator is from Turkey, it’s not common here in the US. One of the components went out and because of issues with receiving another part in a timely manner, Art graciously offered to take the piece home to tinker with it in his after hours. Although, the piece didn’t end up working in the way that we’d hoped. We were able to come up with a solution as our garage fridge just so happened to also be from Turkey 😅 I truly felt like Art went above and beyond for us, he came to our home twice and attempted to fix the broken piece in his off time. It all felt very genuine and we would definitely hire Art time and again. He’s wonderful.
