I recently bought a home with older sump pumps. Having sump pumps is new to me so wanted an expert. I found Chris online and chose based on the reviews. He lived up to the good reviews! He was very responsive after I messaged him. When we reviewed the sump pumps, he was very sincere and knowledgeable plus he didn't pressure me into buying two pumps at once instead, he worked with me on balancing what I could afford and what was needed for immediate peace of mind.
