They did a great job and completed the job in a timely manner. I was working from home and they were respectful of that and kept unnecessary noise down to a minimum. Their prices were very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received. Would recommend.

It is not often I write a review but I appreciated the honesty and integrity of this company I had to write about it. I had a water issue in the basement of my home. I called a competitor and they came out and gave me an very expensive estimate. I decided to get a second estimate so I called Better Basements. They were quick to come out and on-time. After the inspection for the estimate, I received a call from Daniel. He was professional and knowledgeable. As part of the estimate process, they spent some time to really understand where the water was coming from and not just looking at the end result and making an assumption. As part of the process, he felt that the water might be coming from the AC or Waterheater. It was hard to tell as they are all located in the same area that the water was backing up in and it appeared to look like it was coming from the corner of the basement wall. After calling a AC tech out, it turns out to be a blocked drain line. I was so impressed by the professionalism and honesty that I will not only use them in the future if I have any needs but also recommend them to family and friends.

Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out for the initial estimate. The quoted price was right in line with other quotes and what other neighbors had paid for similar work. He helpfully explained the differences between his quote and other provides. Scheduling was easy and very fast. The work crew arrived on time for both days of the job and were also knowledgeable and considerate. They finished the job sooner than expected and cleaned up the interior area very well. I would recommend this company others in the area who need their crawlspace assessed.
