Installed fan and we started smelling smoke. Shut it off. Do not think he knows electrical stuff. Otherwise he was good with odds and ends jobs. Polite and hard worker.

Hi Linda,
I wanted to clarify that the exhaust fan was originally faulty. I removed the cover & saw dust build up, I suggested cleaning all the debris as you didn’t want to go over budget. In the invoice I sent you its states I was only going to clean it out as agreed.
After you reached out explaining it stoped spinning again I mentioned that the only solution would be to replace it.
I can still provide you an estimate to replace the exhaust fan & work a good price out. I just can’t do it for free.

Jorge did a great job with installing our new closet doors! Although it took longer than we expected and turned out to be more complicated, he was willing to return and finish the job. He also made several trips to Home Depot to purchase the correct materials that were needed to complete the job. We will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future for our home renovation projects!
