- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though I'm not always the lowest bidder, I'm almost never the highest either. I strive to keep costs fair. I have a very high standard of quality and integrity and I stand by my work 100%. I also offer reduced pricing for those who are in financial need and have urgent home repairs. I also offer discounts for those paying by check vs. credit or debit card for major projects. Customers can feel free to ask us about it when they get an estimate. We do our best to accommodate our customers' budgets as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult with my customers on the phone and in person and discuss what they would like to accomplish. I listen to them and then present them with potential options and I offer them ideas and resources. I enjoy the challenge of solving problems for my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always learning and growing in order to further develop my skills and discover better ways to do things. I have had excellent mentors that have helped me to improve over the last 35 years.
