- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
depending on the type of event, number of people in attendance, travel, weekend or weekday, type of event I will adjust my fee. Hometown discounts, 501c (3) discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to send a intake questionnaire to gather as much information as possible pertaining to the event and the organization. I then select a module or combination of modules to customize for what their needs are. I stay in constant communication with the event planner to make sure we are on the same page with deliverables.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started long ago when I would give talks to schools and local boys & girls clubs about the importance of staying in school following your dreams. After spending 11 years at Nike as a Performance coach and telling “my story” to many executives and the positive feedback that I was getting about the formula for team success that I often speak on, I figured that I would share my story to the rest of the world.
