- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work weddings and events of all sizes and styles and do not have a minimum. Most of our clients spend between $3k-$10k. We charge a delivery fee that includes 1 hour of set-up onsite with 1 florist and varies by distance. If your needs require more personnel and time, we bill by the person/hourly to ensure the highest quality in a sometimes very limited timeline. We also offer strike/clean-up services at a rate 10% of the floral + decor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our requests for proposals are best received with some basic info i.e. Date, Location(s), wedding party size, est. guest count and any special requests. We love to see your vision boards and inspiration to get our creative juices flowing, so please let us know what you like (and what you don't). This could be flowers, colors, styles, whatever inspires you will inspire us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sarah Jane has a BFA in Design from The Pacific Northwest College of Art. She has worked in the Floral Industry for 10+ years. Currently she serves as the Director of Sustainability on the board of the Pacific Northwest Floral Association. By Summer 2025 she will have completed her certification from the Sustainable Floristry Network.
