FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work around any budget and I do not require a deposit. I do however, ask that you give me at least 1 month prior to your wedding to create your wedding flower package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new couple, is to set up an initial complimentary consultation. When we meet, I will ask you what your favorite flowers are and the colors you would like. I normally like to know what you need, for example: Bridal Bouquet, Groom’s boutonnière, Bridesmaids Bouquets, Reception table flowers and ceremony flowers. I then will give you an estimated quote or just stick to your budget when ordering your flowers. At our consultation, I do not require any deposits and I will not ask you to sign a contract. I typically send you a Square invoice three weeks prior to your wedding. You may then pay me securely via Square. I never see your card info. My goal is to make your experience picking out your flowers fun and stress free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Floral Designer- CFD I received my training as a Floral Designer at the Floral Design Institute in Portland, OR. receiving a Certificate of Completion in 2010.
