Viking Hot Tub and Spa

Upfront / important notes: My business is diagnostic and repair as well as disinfecting deep cleanings for hot tubs. Repair work quoted in person commensurate with the parts/labor needed. I keep a large and wide assortment of inventory in my service van for all makes/models of hot tub. and can often quote and complete repairs to get your tub back up in the same visit. I typically run between 2-3 weeks out for bookings however sometimes I can get out to see you sooner. The cost for a service call is $270 if your address is in my service area (~20 min drive from Tualatin). Service calls are mechanical and/or electrical diagnostic, leak detection, and inspection/evaluation. The cost for a hot tub disinfecting deep cleaning (in service area) is $670, stainless specialty spas $875, and swim spas $975. Most "deep cleaning" services are a drain, surface clean, and refill. This service I offer cleans the jet lines and internal plumbing, chemically dissolving and removing the biofilm buildup in the internal lines. The water is refilled and starting chems set. This process fully cleans and resets the spa back to like-new condition inside out vs simply refreshing the water like most 'deep cleanings'. I charge a travel fee commensurate with the distance and time I need to drive to for addresses outside my service area. When you book I'll determine if this applies and quote the travel cost for your address. I'm honest, experienced, and highly capable; I do very good work. If you value straightforward and capable diagnostic and/or repair work without bs you're in great hands. Note: I *don't* offer monthly/regular chemical checks/adjustments for hot tubs or pools nor do I offer hot tub turnaround services for short term rentals. I also don't build saunas. Please be intentional and avoid reaching out with leads asking for these services. I'm based out of Tualatin, and have been in this business going on 4 years. I'll show up on time and prepared, and do high quality professional work that I stand behind. There's no substitute for experience, skill, and technical competence.
