At Big Adventure we DJ and provide photobooth services for your special events! We help you have the best event possible! This will be from working with you on the details you have in mind to make your event all yours! Take a look at the information and photos on our website www(dot)baentertainment(dot)com. When we DJ for you, we give you the option to design your own playlist. You can also add notes to song choices all within your own password protected online Client Area. You will never find a "standard playlist" for our events. Any genre of music! Each event has a playlist that is unique to that celebration. I look to sincerely make each event I do the best one possible. It's about going beyond a good business practice, it is about doing what you believe in. Kurt did great at our wedding! Everything went smooth & as planned. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. We do apologize for our dog eating your food haha & it was nice that we got to meet with him twice prior to our event. :)

Kurt was such an outstanding DJ. He really made out wedding reception shine with the perfect music choices from our dinner all the way through to the end of the evening.We marveled at his excellent DJness keeping all of our toasts, cake cutting, First Dance, Father Daughter dance, Mother Son Dance, garter toss perfectly timed throughout the evening. He was the perfect choice for us. Thanks so much Kurt! I'll be sending you some fabulous photos :)

Kurt was amazing! We got married at The Silcox Hut at 7,000 ft in a blizzard (the weather was unplanned) and you had to snowcat up to our venue. Kurt listened to what I wanted, understood I needed the music and DJ set up to be minimal to complement the venue instead of detract and then delivered. His online portal allowed my now-husband and I to choose from endless amounts of songs, there were maybe 4 on there that he didn't have and when I requested them on my "other songs" section he just emailed back and said "perfect this is taken care of!" No questions asked, no issues, no headaches. Brides and grooms if you're looking for a no hassle DJ who will deliver beyond your expectations, engage with your guests and just be a fun person to have around he's your guy. Which other bride gets to say they have a picture of their father staring out at the blizzard chatting about snow with the DJ? Kurt thank you so much from Nic and I for such an amazing job. Thank you for humoring the incredibly lively renditions of Disney songs on the snowcat ride down and for bringing everyone's vision to life throughout the evening. You were an incredible partner and everyone raved about you, your services, your music. There wasn't a minute people we're laughing or dancing along to some of the greats, the oldies, the hits, and everything you chose to play just kept the night going incredibly smoothly. You made it fun, you made us all want to stay up there for longer...which we did! Thank you. Hire Kurt ladies trust me!

I stay on top of trends and the latest ideas and news through meetings with other wedding industry professionals, in online forums, and my own research.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started DJing when I was in high school. I got involved in getting a new public radio station up and running in my home town of Sitka, Alaska. After the station started broadcasting I began doing my own shows on the air.
