503 Builders has been phenomenal, having been hired to rebuild our stairs and refinish our porches.their work has been clean, solid, and beautiful. Kohei is knowledgeable and forthright, and was a joy to work with. We’ve already signed our second contract, and will absolutely have them back to do more work.

We worked with 503 on three medium sized projects over the span of four months and are pleased with the end results. Our primary project was our main bathroom and the bid Kohei gave was more than fair given the amount of custom work we wanted. Kohei was a great thought partner, accommodating to complex design requirements, and responsive when challenges arose. In this price range, half of the day-to-day project management fell on us but we didn’t mind since we prefer to be involved. With gratitude, his crew is easy to work with and welcomed feedback throughout the process to ensure things are exact and that we’re happy. Since completion, we’ve had guests who were blown away by our new bathroom.

We hired Kohei and his team for several projects, and everything turned out amazing. They completely changed the layout of our yard including a retaining wall, fence and plants. They also laid a flagstone patio, a concrete patio and assembled a gazebo at another property. They remodeled a small guest house as well. Kohei is a great communicator and always keeps you apprised of the timeline and next steps. The work is done in a reasonable time frame as well. We’ve been happy with our experience!
