They were very helpful and informative during the process. He explained different door types (didn’t realize there were options) and we landed on a design that worked great with our home. David is a gem… I hired Advanced Garage to install a whole new motor in July. By October, it no longer worked. They came out and said the door was too heavy and that’s why the motor wasn’t working properly. Not sure why they didn’t notice this when they installed it. They would not fix it under warranty and wanted to charge $600 to fix it. David came over immediately, knew they had installed Chamberlain brand before he had even seen it, which is apparently Home Depot quality, not professional quality. He was willing to try to fix it for $100. Unfortunately he couldn’t find the part but really tried to help me out. He suggested a whole new system which was substantially less than Advanced Garage charged to simply fix their subpar brand and/or work that only lasted 3 months
