Frank was excellent. He responded very quickly to my request. I have a newborn and needed the airconditioning working asap in this hot weather condition. Frank is knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem within an hour. Also price is reasonable. Overall had a very good experience!

Frank responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and was out the next day for maintenance on my home air conditioner. His inspection included my furnace and thorough cleaning of the filters on unit. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $ 95.00 for the service call to come out and find the problem . If it's some thing minor like a blown fuse or burnt wire we'll fix it for the $95.00 If you need a part or additional work we will quote you a price up front the part installed plus the $95.00 service charge
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just give us a call and we can set up a date and time to come out. We work with a three hour window. If you need a phone call an hour before we arrive at the house we can also set that up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 years of experience working in the H.V.A.C field.
