I was really disappointed and do not think the company was transparent with their pricing and service. We get our windows done every year and it includes the tracks which is a huge reason we get it done. Really disappointed.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed Rachael. I explained beforehand I charge per pane. You ended up having more panes then you said when quoting, I ended up throwing in some of the extra panes for free. We didn't discuss tracks but on the day of cleaning, I told your husband I offer a complimentary track wipe down, but to get detailed in the corners is an extra fee, because it oftentimes requires bringing in a vacuum. Again sorry to hear you were disappointed. I try to be as transparent as possible before the job begins.
