- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated depending upon number of units and other data we receive from you during initial discussion. The more doors/units you have, the lower the your cost per door will be!! WE DO PRICE MATCH LOCAL COMPETITORS!! Ask about our price matching services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with new client/owner. Meet with onsite manage if applicable. Input all data including owner information, property information, and existing tenant information. Inspect entire property (all units). Provide maintenance inspection report to owner via online web portal access. Provide analysis on rent rates and provide rent increase recommendations if appropriate. Review all current lease agreements and renew any lapsed agreements if necessary. Open new property specific client trust and security trust account. Compile all information and make recommendations if/as needed. Audit all vendors as needed. Make sure owner has personal contact information to reach us anytime, night & day. Complete preventative maintenance inspection of interior and exterior of property and units with pictures documenting all facets of property.
