- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are $110 per hour with a service charge of $65. We frequently run seasonal specials and discounts for veterans and seniors. We are never going to be the cheapest service on this site, but we are licsenced, bonded and insured and all of our craftsmen have been background checked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take new customers along our Service Path, the process that sets us apart from most handymen. We take your intial call, email, booking request, etc. and walk through your project. Then if we are best suited for that job, we schedule a time for the service to be performed. Next out craftsmen will reach out to discuss the project the night before to address any of the customers remaining concerns. The morning/afternoon of the service, customers receive a text message when we are on our way. We complete the task, clean up, do billing on site, and leave the customer loving your home just a little bit more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
