From my first contact with Ben for a quote he followed up with me in such a kind manner. He never asked if I was ready to schedule. He asked how it was going with choosing my colors. He remembered when we talked that this was such an area of anxiety for me. He was professional and highly skilled in his craft. There were no overspray issues. Paint lines are clean. He was very careful with my Japanese maple. He was thorough and timely in his work. Lastly, the quote was a good value for the job. He transformed my old worn yellow house into a classic white and black beauty. I plan to continue more projects with Ben at OutbackDogg painting!

Updating to 3 stars because things happen, and I can't just delete my review after learning he had his phone and gear stolen, and someone must have been signing onto his thumbtack app besides him to explain his lack of communication when the app said he signed on after I sent messages to see where he was after promising to start work. However, once he regained access to his communication, he did not try to re-engage with the work and for that reason along with the inability to delete my review, I am giving this 3 stars. I am currently having to go through re-quoting after pausing this project to fit in his schedule.
