I hired a company to clean up my yard, pressure wash the papers, apply new sand, and seal everything. After the smell dissipated – I have asthma, so this was a concern – I discovered that dirt and moss were sealed over. There are many other issues as well. I've texted this company several times asking for a response, but I've received none. I'm unsure of my options now, but I suppose I should consider reaching out to the contractors' board. These pictures are representative, it was just small spots but throughout the patio.
