I recently bought a house that had a broken extension spring on the garage door. I went through 4 different companies that would not work on it due to the complexity of how it was built- and just when I was about to give up on looking, I found Ben from Advanced Garage Door Of Seattle! Called on Labor Day hoping for a miracle and they answered! Benjamin showed up earlier than the scheduled time slot, which was great! Benjamins knowledge is awesome! He knew exactly what was wrong with the garage door almost instantly. Benjamin told us what was wrong (tension cables/spring) and how it can be fixed. The cherry on top was that he was done in less than hour!! We found our go to for any garage door issues now and well definitely be recommending them to others!! Thank you Benjamin!!
