I contacted Brian about building a Trex deck for my parents. He was very responsive and was able to set up a site visit and get back to us with the bid quickly. After we decided to hire him, he coordinated dates for the job and planned it all out down to the materials delivery day. He emailed and text me and my parents which worked great since they were at the job site and could make design and schedule decisions. He was on time and EVERYTHING happened just as he’d scheduled it. If you haven’t hired a contractor before - that is rare. And makes things so much easier. Brian is very personable and common sense oriented including saving us a trip to the hardware one day! My parents both felt very comfortable with Brian and the help he brought and we are all extremely pleased with the deck. It came out beautifully and is so much sturdier and safer than the old wood deck. After the job was complete, my parents decided to add a step that wasn’t in the original plan and Brian came back as soon as his schedule allowed to complete it too. If we had another project, we would hire him again and will certainly refer anyone we know looking for a builder to him!
