Dan was rude and sometimes crude. At times he acted childish, took his shirt off(bare chested) talked way to loud (neighbors could hear). Left his trailer 6 days and when we called him to remove it his parting words were "F the neighbors" and roared down the street without thinking of pets or children playing. As far as the painting, no above and beyond. I'm not a prude but 81 yrs old and never encountered this attitude in a business. (he cut down my cactus without asking!) Arlene Banks
