- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality is our main priority at Adair Construction. We aim to compete and deliver pricing that makes sense to you, the customer. At the same time, should we underbid a job, it would impact our ability to deliver the quality we seek to deliver, and leave all parties unsatisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Adair Construction, if we present an estimate or quote, we want that number to remain consistent. No one likes suprise upcharges or hidden costs, which is why we will always ask to look at a project in person to determine if we are a right fit, and to help us understand the full scope of Site Conditions, so we can deliver the most accurate estimate possible.

With a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds, Adair Construction has a variety of experienced professionals that allows for a broader set of services and a unique set of perspectives to approach projects confidently and provide solutions.
