- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally based on the entire event and not priced out for individual projects and meetings, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out their basic needs first. If it is something I can help with then I set an appointment for a consult, take down more information and provide a price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained on the job in the catering department at two colleges. I have planned and coordinated 100s of corporate events, parties and weddings. My formal education is elementary education- that requires organizational skills! I also had a business of 500+ consultants and my daughter grew up watching and helping me and has now joined me in our business, Finesse Weddings and Events. We have taken online trainings and learned together.
