Over the last 30 years I have helped add the extra finesse to many weddings and parties. My daughter has grown up helping and is very good at planning events. My daughter-in-law has joined with a background in decorating. Due to our growth, we recently added several other planners/coordinators/assistants. We are so grateful to have worked with finesse weddings and events. Cassidy was truly amazing and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. From our first meeting to the big day, she was organized, thoughtful, and so helpful. She answered all of our questions during the planning process, offered great resources, and really understood our vision.

If you are considering getting a wedding coordinator, DO IT and choose Finesse Weddings. I was on the fence about booking with someone but am so so glad I did. Cassidy continued to check in with me leading up to my big day making sure I had everything I needed. On my wedding day she was incredibly focused and attentive to all the details making sure everything was in its right place and the day was running smoothly. She continued to make sure we were enjoying our evening and we did not have to worry about a single thing. Having her there was seriously a game changer and my day would not have been nearly as wonderful without her there! Thank you Cassidy!
Tara was such an amazing coordinator to help get our wedding details into a timeline and keeping us on track! My husband 😍 and I didn't book her until later in our planning and we are lucky to have gotten her at the time we did! For the most part I had all my vendors booked, but needed help with timing which was becoming too much for me to figure out. With Tara she was able to break down the timeline of my husband and I wedding day quickly which was really impressive! She helped keep us on track based off of our day filled plan and other vendors. Her communication was on point and was always available to the best of her ability. She was certainly a gods send and we couldn't thank her enough! Thank you!!!

We could not be happier with the way our wedding day went thanks to Maddie from Finesse events! We had several check in phone calls leading up to our wedding that helped us keep our planning up to speed and highlight things that we had not thought of. On the day of the wedding, everything from decor to keeping our timeline running smoothly was managed flawlessly by Maddie. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally based on the entire event and not priced out for individual projects and meetings, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out their basic needs first. If it is something I can help with then I set an appointment for a consult, take down more information and provide a price quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained on the job in the catering department at two colleges. I have planned and coordinated 100s of corporate events, parties and weddings. My formal education is elementary education- that requires organizational skills! I also had a business of 500+ consultants and my daughter grew up watching and helping me and has now joined me in our business, Finesse Weddings and Events. We have taken online trainings and learned together.
