I contacted Exercise Equipment Repair and within minutes I heard from them. I was able to get an appointment the following morning and Francis arrived at exactly the appointed time. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our treadmill and fixed it quickly. Additionally, he said we would probably need a new belt, and potentially the deck, at some point, but that it was not necessary to replace it now. We asked if he could get us a price to do that, and he advised he would get back to us sometime tomorrow after consulting with the manufacturer. Great service, great price, super nice guy. I would highly recommend these this company!
