Hi there, Francis was extremely helpful! his work is top notch. i was pleased with his work he went out of his way to help me find all the parts my treadmill needed and even caught something that wasn’t right in my personal home gym that could have been dangerous to me and all the people using the home gym. I contacted Exercise Equipment Repair and within minutes I heard from them. I was able to get an appointment the following morning and Francis arrived at exactly the appointed time. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our treadmill and fixed it quickly. Additionally, he said we would probably need a new belt, and potentially the deck, at some point, but that it was not necessary to replace it now. We asked if he could get us a price to do that, and he advised he would get back to us sometime tomorrow after consulting with the manufacturer. Great service, great price, super nice guy. I would highly recommend these this company!

They were great and punctual each time they came out (once for a diagnosis and the other to repair). While I hope to have to call them again because my treadmill will work perfectly forever, if I did need to fix it I would certainly call Exercise Assembly again. Thank you for the help!
