- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of work we provide ends up involving your insurance company. Our company uses industry standard estimating software, the same software that your insurance company uses to determine the cost of your claim. We negotiate the scope and cost of work using the damages at your property as our guide, then simply input what is needed into the software, make any appropriate adjustments based on our current market conditions and come to an agreement. We involve you every step of the way!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with the customer needs and wants. We marry the conditions present and the work needed with the customer expectations. This involves an onsite meeting and inspection. Once we are on the same page with what is needed, we begin communicating the order of events and costs involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combination of traditional education and experience, having been in the cleaning and restoration industry since 1998, we have seen it all! We are trained in mold remediation, water damage restoration, smoke and odor removal, biohazard/blood borne pathogen, hazwoper 10, 20, and 40 hour, commercial large loss level 1,2 and 3. Estimating training, you name it we have probably experienced it.
