FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We cap all of our bids, so the customer knows exactly what they are paying for. However, we don't offer off the shelf items or website templates like many of our competitors do. Everything we design and build is custom, so pricing really depends on how many page designs, what type of functionality, do they need ecommerce or a content management system (CMS). All of those things help us define scope and identify hours, which in turn let's us price the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical project for us, so the first step is talking to the customer about their business and about their online goals. All of our work is custom, so figuring out what the scope of work involved in each project is key for us, and then we produce a very detailed bid / engagement letter and seek customer feedback to make sure we have accounted for everything they are looking for. The customer then plays a central role in our projects as we seek to engage them throughout.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wineries, construction, accountants, property management firms, wealth managers, video game development, apps, food, dentists, manufacturing, medical, marketing - just to name a few.
