We are so pleased to have our water feature back up and running! These pros showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and the quality of work was excellent. We had our pump replaced and also asked for a thorough cleaning. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction, and the price charged was very reasonable. We will definitely be using these folks again for any future issues with our water feature, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of this type of service.
UPDATE: Unhappy customer ... It is now 9 months later. These people told us that the replacement water pump they installed would carry a two year warranty. The pump is no longer working properly and it keeps tripping and shutting off. It has not even been a year. Repeated attempts to contact this company by phone or email are completely ignored and it appears they do not intend to stand behind their work

The Water Feature Pros were awesome! I moved into my new home in Oct/Nov 2017, and didn't pay one bit of attention to the water feature in my backyard. Then one day I heard the frogs and realized I didn't have a pond out back but a swamp. I did a quick search and by chance ended up on Thumbtack.
Tim responded quickly to my quote request. I sent him a picture of the pond and he gave me a quote right then. I know the season for cleaning up, maintaining, or installing water features is upon us, so I was lucky they were able to schedules me just a few days later.
It took Tim and Justin two trips to turn my swamp into a pond. The maintenance required of my water feature was definitely more than they anticipated. I learned there were holes in the lining of pond, and water had seeped below the lining. They emptied and cleaned the pond as much as the holes in the lining allowed. We hoped that it would drain or dry out before they came back to complete the project. But this is Portland and it rains a lot, so the pond filled back up, within a couple of days.
The second trip (today) they drained the pond again, dried out the area under the lining, patched the holes, cleaned out the filtration system, cleaned out the recycled water drums, refilled the pond, and ensured that the water lines feeding the waterfall were properly placed.
They've done amazing work and I am very happy with the outcome. They taught me how to turn on the water feature, clean out the debris catching bin, and gave me great tips on how to maintain the pond between maintenance services.
They were very professional, kind, patient, and hardworking. BONUS! They are good-looking guys. ;D

My husband passed away in February I didn’t know how to clean and get my fountains running I found the water feather pros here and Tim responded right away came out the next day to give me a quote for 3 fountains and pressure wash my patio he quoted a price that I was more than satisfied with and he scheduled the work 3 days later Tim came out on Thursday morning cleaned and maintenance my fountains and pressure washed, it is beautiful now hasn’t looked this good in years!! And the best part he billed me cheaper then I thought it would be I was so surprised and I am very satisfied customer they have a customer for life.

Amazing service. Our water feature looked great after they cleaned it up an did some extra landscaping. They really went out of their way to do the best possible job. The communication with the company was also great. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.
