Very pleased with NW Tree Work. Had two trees trimmed up on two occasions. John and his crew were professional, fast and did a great job. I wasn't home for the second tree that was trimmed, but John kept me up to date on all the progress. I will definitely work again with this company.

John Page IS a up and becoming business man! John was a professional, personable contractor. He followed up with his quote, and together we came up with a price that worked for both of us. The work was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner, and if I ever have recommended someone before, they cant hold a candle compared to NW Tree Work. John and his crew were fast and left everything clean after trimming and or removing 6 large trees in just 1 day! Thank you NW Tree work!!

The job was to trim a huge laurel hedge about 40 feet long, remove a bush, and take down a small volunteer tree. John arrived when he said he would, did a great job, left the yard clean, and discussed a long term plan for the hedge. His bid was very good and included a price to trim the hedge again next year. I've already signed him up for next year.

We had a great experience with John and his team. His estimate was competitive and he and his team did some great work working into the evening hours trimming a couple of our tall birch trees. They also helped remove 2 smaller trees. They even cleaned up after themselves even though it was getting dark and late. John is my go-to guy for tree work in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will meet or beat any competitors price when needed! We want to work with you and will negotiate a win-win price in order to earn your long term business. If a drive by bid is more convienient for you we will drive by with your access instructions. Otherwise our experienced and certified Arborist will meet you by appointment, at your convenience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free onsite price consultation with a ISA Certified Arborist. We create a written bid to try to meet your budget; while planning to perform the work you need done in the best way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISA certified continuing education courses. Live high climber training events through PNWISA. Vermeer Pacific sponsored events. Industry publications. Oregon State Extension University. PSU Business Opportunity Program business classes. City of Portland Tree Care Provider required workshops.
