FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a CPA firm, our pricing is very competitive. Paying a downtown or large firm for a CPA with 30+ years of experience will cost you considerably higher than us for the same or lower quality work. You can pay a non-CPA and go cheap, but peace of mind and additional tax savings ideas will make our services the best deal out there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call and a review of the prior work is very helpful. I like to listen to your story and ask a lot of questions to get to know your situation. I will always give you a quote up front and tell you honestly what I can do for you. If it is outside of our scope of work, I will let you know ahead of time. We like happy clients so transparency and communication up front is best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA, which is the highest level of accounting and tax knowledge available, having passed rigorous testing and experience requirements. Each year I am required to take 40 hours of continuing education in the field of tax and accounting to keep up my license. Additionally, I read every day about the current tax and governmental regulations that affect my client base.
