- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount on all chemicals, priority scheduling, and discounted repair work for all maintenance clients. We also have discounts for repair work completed over the winter, during our slow season.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we often ask for photos of your pool or the equipment that is giving you an issue. We then set up a time to meet if needed and/or give you a price. On-site visits are assessed a service call fee.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our crew has a combined experience of over 20 years, with some of our employees starting in the industry as young as 15!
