About
I am a textile artist and couture designer trained by local artisans in my hometown of Samarkand, Uzbekistan (formerly the USSR). Through personalized classes, I share the rich culture and craftsmanship of Uzbekistan, guiding students of all ages and skill levels to create meaningful, sustainable fashion. Together, we’ll explore upcycling techniques to design one-of-a-kind garments with purpose and intention. I offer hands-on instruction both in the comfort of your home and online, providing expert guidance every step of the way and sharing the unique tips I’ve learned throughout my journey.

For a couple of years I was keeping my older high quality wool sweaters to re-use for my toddler. This year with Oxana's help it finally happened. I only kinda knew basics how to use sewing machine but no actual sewing skills. Oxana explained and showed how to in a very simple way, rather than just doing it for me. We almost finished 2 pieces in about 3 hours but now I made another 3 from start to almost finish on my own. And while some may say why bother the availability is there it's totally worth it. Looking forward to the next meeting with her to learn how to make good use of our sheep's raw wool.
