Javier (the owner) came to the house as expected, on time. He started immediately with a co-worker and finished in about two and half hours. He cleaned up the area after he worked on the roof (de-mossed with Moss Out, scrubbed necessary areas with a proper brush, rinsed the roof, cleaned the gutters and even took down a few wasp nests). I appreciated his timeliness, professionalism and hard work. I would have checked all the boxes, but I can only check three.
