FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most prices listed are a base price. With the increase in square footage the price will increase and for roofs the steeper and mossier they are, the time we will need to be there will also increase along with the price. Tile or stone roofs always cost more than asphalt shingles…(about 25%) as they are much more difficult to work on. For auto booking there will be a cancellation fee for the amount of the lead fee, which has been paid up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing the scope of the project, what details the would like to go over such as the process from start to finish, safety precautions taken, and lastly quote/estimate which can be done onsite or remotely. Customer is not required to be onsite during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA fall prevention and ladder safety certificates.
