- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any hidden fees or secret ways to make money that you only see in the fine print. All of our fees are easy to understand, explained up front, and straightforward. We charge 8% of gross collected rents for all single family homes and duplexes. For 3+ units, we will provide a personalized quote, but our typical fee ranges between 6% and 8% of gross income collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our property manager is a licensed attorney, and our commercial real estate broker has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate and lending industry. We also own our own investment properties, which we believe gives us a unique perspective on management and investing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been working in this business for over a decade. After owning our own investments, and managing for ourselves and for family, we decided to branch out and buy, sell and manage on a full time basis.
