- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case presents its own challenges. Some require a unique skill set and specialized equipment. However we do all we can to maintain competitive pricing so when your investigation is completed without breaking the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial client contact and case assessment, a retainer agreement will be emailed and retainer funds will be collected. Each step of the process will enable the client to have an understanding of the the current stage of the investigation as well as the projected costs involved. When it comes to the bills, we do not believe in surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 20 years of Law Enforcement experience. Each investigator on our team is DPSST certified. Our investigators challenge ourselves through continuing education and skill development.
