I highly recommend Tasman. We needed senior photos for our daughter on a deadline, but only had a vague idea of what we wanted. From our first conversation I was impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. He had great suggestions, and was extremely responsive every step of the way. He was flexible when we wanted to reschedule due to weather, and the shoot itself was fun and not at all rushed. We are thrilled with the results, and he was happy to make a few requested tweaks after we saw the proofs. His fee was more than reasonable and he's just a super nice positive person. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although it varies between jobs, my pricing is based primarily on time commitment and equipment fees. Satisfaction is guaranteed on every shoot and I don't require payment until clients have seen previews of their photos to make sure everything is perfect.
