Introduction

I've been hanging art professionally for nearly a decade, mostly for Portland interior designers. I've worked extensively in large-scale commercial installations as well as in private residences. I take pride in my work and hang art safely, accurately and always level. When necessary I use 3 point security hardware and am comfortable hanging on tile and stone when needed. I also hang shelves, mirrors, wall sconces and other items often included in installations. I come prepared with all necessary tools and hanging hardware. Hire me and I guarantee your satisfaction!

This was our first Thumbtack booking, and it was excellent. Justin is professional and has a keen eye for art & design. We started with six paintings but ended up hanging or re-hanging 12 (four quite large) because the session went so well. Our paintings are mostly antique oils, with tall ceilings requiring some ladder work. He handled the art works with great care, but was efficient and highly accurate in the process. He was also personable, our dogs liked him : ), punctual, and easy to work with. Some of the placements made the paintings come to life more because of the re-positioning. We'd gladly invite Justin back for any future art hangings.

I charge $75 per hour (minimum 2) plus a $50 travel charge and actual hardware cost.
