Personal Training is an enormous passion for me. Helping others to change their lives is a huge gift, and together we can heal wounds and grow into the ideal you. Spirituality and Science are my best friends, neuroscience and psychology fascinate me and are SO POWERFUL when used to our advantage. Mind, body, and spirit, fitness is more than just lifting weights. It’s about changing our mindsets and flowering into the best us. It’s truly a journey, and I’d love to help you on yours.
