Hi, I’m Coach Dan. A lot of people come to me because they want to feel safer, move better, or reconnect with themselves — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Looking back, it’s clear that my entire path has been preparing me for this work. I’ve spent decades training in martial arts and meditation, studying the body through corrective exercise, and moving through my own healing — emotional pain, shadow work, and spiritual awakening. What started as a search for strength and self-worth evolved into a life dedicated to presence, embodiment, and transformation.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve developed a holistic coaching approach that blends martial arts, meditation, energy work, strength training, and spiritual guidance. While these may sound like separate paths, they’re deeply connected. We move through life as whole people — and real change happens when we work on all levels: body, mind, energy, and spirit.
Whether you're drawn to self-defense, emotional healing, or quiet inner work — we start where you are. Some sessions look like movement. Others look like breathwork, energy healing, deep conversation, or stillness. It’s all part of the same process.

People are drawn to Jeet Kune Do (JKD) kickboxing because it’s simple, adaptable, and built for real-world self-defense. Wing Chun Internal Kung Fu, a core influence within JKD, offers a deeper, more technical layer of training.
Some clients come to me for high-intensity, workout-style sessions; others prefer a slower-paced, educational approach focused on understanding technique. With over two decades of experience, I tailor every lesson to your goals, pace, and learning style.
🧘 ENERGY WORK | MEDITATION | QIGONG | WELLNESS COACHING 🧘
My coaching often begins with the body — breath, posture, movement — and expands into deeper practices for restoring balance, supporting emotional wellness, and building inner focus. These sessions fall under what some call alternative healing — but to me, they’re simply grounded, body-first ways of reconnecting with your nervous system, energy, and emotions.
Work may include guided meditation, nervous system regulation, energy healing (Reiki), spiritual counseling, and hands-on tools like foam rolling, assisted stretching, or stress-relief techniques grounded in somatic awareness.
I came to this work through my own healing — first trying to fix chronic pain in my body, and later realizing that my emotional patterns were just as deeply ingrained. I began to see how physical tension, emotional overwhelm, and energetic imbalance are all part of the same pattern — and that true healing has to include all of it.
That’s why my approach is body-first, trauma-informed, and built to meet each client where they are. We start with sensation, movement, and breath — and from there, we begin to shift not just how you move, but how you feel, process emotions, and connect to yourself.
For clients new to meditation or looking to go deeper, I offer one-on-one guidance in the Somatic Flow Method — a grounded system that builds emotional regulation, mind-body connection, and energy sensitivity through somatic anchoring, breathwork, and sensory awareness. Sessions are available in person or online.
A lot of people don’t realize it, but martial arts and meditation have long been practiced together. It’s all about syncing body and mind. These aren’t separate tracks — they’re different ways of accessing the same thing: inner clarity, resilience, and the strength to live from your center.
🌿 SPIRITUAL COUNSELING | EMBODIED AWAKENING | SHADOW WORK 🌿
I offer a grounded, body-first approach to spiritual growth and emotional integration — supporting people as they move through inner blocks, life transitions, grief, or awakening. Sessions may include breathwork, energy healing, somatic awareness, spiritual insight, or grounded conversation — depending on where you are and what you need.
Some clients come in feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Others are processing grief, heartbreak, or deep questions about identity and direction. This work isn’t about giving you answers — it’s about creating a space where you can feel what’s real, release what’s held, and reconnect with your inner truth.
What to expect: I meet you where you are. Some sessions are mostly conversation — offering intuitive reflection, emotional insight, or perspective to help clarify your own inner knowing. Others may include breathwork, light movement, journaling prompts, or nervous system practices like meditation or Qigong. I also draw from tools inspired by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), shadow work, and somatic coaching — always guided by what feels safe, useful, and resonant for you.
This is a safe space for those needing perspective and validation from someone who’s been through it. Not everyone can relate to the spiritual path, and sometimes talking to someone who understands can bring clarity to what you already know deep down. This isn’t about fixing — it’s about integrating. Whether you're navigating a spiritual shift or simply seeking deeper clarity and connection, we’ll move at a pace that supports your growth from the inside out.
💪 SKILL-BASED MOVEMENT | STRENGTH TRAINING 💪
Exercise doesn’t have to mean pushing through pain or chasing someone else’s idea of progress. Movement should be engaging, purposeful, and something you actually look forward to. My approach is grounded in skill-based movement — a process that feels so natural and fulfilling that you might forget you even had goals to begin with.
I use unconventional tools like kettlebells, club-bells, and steel maces to develop coordination, mobility, and real-world resilience. These implements train your body to move as a connected system — not in isolated parts. That means better strength transfer to everyday life, sport, and injury prevention. This style of training is especially effective for:

Some clients come in looking to reconnect with their body after burnout, stress, or time away from movement. Others are working toward a specific goal — strength, clarity, confidence. In either case, we start by learning. Not just lifting or sweating — but building new patterns. Skill-based movement creates a sense of progress you can feel — something real to focus on, grow through, and return to. When you learn something new, you're already changing — without needing to force it.
