I am the owner of Concore Training based in Portland, OR. My passion is helping my clients understand the importance of connecting to & being aware of their body to achieve their goals.
Whether your goals are oriented towards weight loss, sports performance, aesthetics -- or simply to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle -- allow Concore Training to get you there the right way. My goal is to help you achieve long lasting results with an individually designed fitness program.

PRIVATE SESSIONS & HOW I WORK
I am currently training in a fully equipped, private gym with no membership fee.
The process begins with getting to know you. Our first meeting starts with a complimentary one-on-one consultation to learn about your background and goals. We will cover any pertinent injuries, current limitations, and answer any questions you may have. A physical assessment to learn about your movement patterns will follow to gather important data that will dictate the design of your individualized program. A profile will be created for you on a web-based application that will enable you to have access to all of your workouts, benchmarks and nutrition (optional).
Your results will be reviewed and updated weekly. Your program develops according to your own pace. Your training and support do not stop there -- quarterly consultations take place to track progress and evaluate goals.

MY BACKGROUND & PAST EXPERIENCE
Prior to becoming a fitness coach, I worked as a financial accountant for a real estate property management firm. My days in the office were sedentary, mostly spent sitting in front of a computer. Long hours at work made it hard to get motivated to go to the gym. My body was starting to suffer. Poor posture and compensatory movement patterns became an everyday habit. These habits manifested pain and finally injury down the road. It wasn’t until I developed my first back injury that I began to prioritize movement back into my life. I began working with a trainer and started to notice that small improvements in my diet and physical activity had positive effects on my overall wellbeing. I learned about the importance of core stability and was able to strengthen weak muscles that attributed to my injury. I fell in love with the process and realized that sharing these discoveries with others was what I wanted to do with my life.
Prior to starting my own business, Concore Training, I serviced over 3000 sessions and earned master trainer status at a well-known membership gym. With this opportunity I was able to achieve a great amount of exposure and experience in training all kinds of people with different needs. Understanding your goals is the gateway to helping you achieve them, and that is my priority.
I want to make an impact on people the right way. Helping my clients understand the importance of connecting to and being aware of their body to achieve their goals is what drives me. This knowledge opens the door to growth in confidence, accountability and self-sufficiency. This is the recipe for long lasting health and fitness to prosper.

COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Our gym is very diligent about their processes and safety measures surrounding COVID-19. Here is what we are doing to ensure client safety and comfort:
+ implemented huge air circulation fans throughout the gym: one sits in the window to bring in clean air, another pushes that clean air into the facility, and a third takes that air and pushes it outside the building. This ensures a constant, fresh circulation of clean air.
+ large air purifiers with HEPA filters placed throughout the space.
+ clients must wash/sanitize hands when entering & leaving the gym
+ face coverings are required
+ only 5 people will be allowed to train at once
+ implemented enhanced cleaning & disinfecting protocols, using Prokure & Re-Juv-Nal (EPA-approved)
+ deep clean/disinfect, in addition to constant maintenance
