FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Keeping the small-town feel to our company, we place people before paydays. Meaning, we want to reach as many customers in need as possible. After ten years in business, I still offer a highly competitive rate with a matching solid work ethic. Because I specialize in helping stay at home moms and work at home parents find sanity in their sanctuaries, I offer prices that their small businesses and one-income-homes can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal connection is everything. My business is to get to know my client and the way they function in their day to day life. I ask my clients not to prepare or tidy the areas before I arrive so I can see the true nature in which I am working to balance for them. I actively ask questions and encourage them to be as involved as they feel comfortable. At the end of our session, I leave not only knowing they are completely satisfied with my work, but also at peace with their new organizational systems. Each home and person is unique, it's my job to find personalized systems that work with each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in customer service, administrative work, and professional organization experience.
