Meet with them virtually or speak on the phone about the project details. Provide a scope of work for approval from the client. Begin work, make adjustments if needed. Happy customer!

I have over 20 years experience in the administrative realm. With multiple kinds of industry knowledge under my belt, I have a unique skillset that transfers to many industries. I have taken trainings on coaching, human resources, technical writing, have a college degree in psychology and sustainability.
