It was such a pleasure working with Ashley to coordinate our wedding; we truly couldn't have asked for anyone better. Our monthly check-ins kept us on track and helped us think of small details we wouldn't have planned out on our own. I hired Ashley to help with wedding day coordination for my elopement and she was an essential part of why the day went well. I didn’t have bridesmaids and family members to rely on and I pulled it together within a month, so her help was essential so that I didn’t have to coordinate everything on my own wedding day. Prior to the wedding she did check-in appointments where she made sure I had covered all the details. (When is the photographer showing up? Are there champagne flutes where you need them? Do you have a seating chart?) I counted on those check ins to keep me on track during the planning process. Ashley attended the rehearsal and was great at coaching the children in how to behave during the ceremony. On the wedding day she knew my plans and she coordinated with the caterer, the venue, and the photographer so that I didn’t have to. She was a florist prior to coordinating weddings, so I contracted her to do the flowers as well. She went to the flower market and arranged all the flowers on the day of the wedding AND she decorated the cake with flowers. She also set the table, assisted the photographer, directed family, cleaned up the venue, and endeared herself to everyone in my family.
I am so grateful that she did all of these things so that I could focus on being a bride. She is an incredible wedding planner. My husband said that she has the “perfect temperament” for it. Kind, reliable, upbeat, and encouraging. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Ashley is AMAZING! I could write a novel about how wonderful she is and it still wouldn’t do her justice! I hired Ashley for my 40th birthday party. I had two events over a weekend: a large party on a Saturday night and a family brunch the following Sunday morning. Ashley and I worked together, having monthly check-ins and touch base calls, starting six months leading up to the event. She knew every detail of what was going on, captured everything along the way, knew exactly the right vendors to use, and had the best feedback! She responded to every single email over the months and always remembered everything. She knew the names of all my loved ones, she was SO FUN and her energy kept me relaxed and calm the entire time, which allowed me to soak in every minute of my events! My 40th birthday weekend was magical and so much of it was made possible because of Ashley. Ashley was smiling from ear to ear at both events and every time I saw her, she genuinely looked so happy for me and the experience I was having! It was so touching! Ashley was on point for the entire time at both events. She was everywhere! She made sure everything went smoothly, she kept communication tight and she directed everyone! I just can’t say thank you enough! It was was of the most memorable and enjoyable events of my life. Ashley, you made it happen! Thank you!!

Ashley did an amazing work with the wedding mandap. The decoration was exactly the way I imagined it to be. She was so accommodating with my requests. Also, extremely helpful and polite to talk to.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to schedule a time to learn about your vision and details for your upcoming event. This can be done virtually or socially distant in person. It’s ok if there are any gaps, we can fill those in together!
After our meeting, I will follow up with a quote for all services discussed. If you’re ready to book, a deposit is required.
Communication can continue up to the event day to finalize details.
