What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat fee no extra charges. Many Notaries have hidden charges for mileage and time spent on the appointment, we dont. We are totally upfront about our fees and have a fee page on our website.

We complete a intake sheet and then schedule the appointment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all Notaries and Loan Signing Agents. We all have advanced degrees and take classes once a year to keep current on the latest Notary laws.
