- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates include movers, a moving truck (if necessary), drive time to and from our terminal, protective equipment, furniture pads, plastic wrap, tools, disassembly/reassembly, and general valuation. **We offer a 5% discount to all veterans, repeat customers, realtors, stagers, and vendor referrals.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll gather as much information to provide or direct potential customers to the proper service. If we're the right fit, we'll walk the customer through our move day process to reassure a smooth process and answer any questions. We'll then provide an itemized breakdown of the most accurate estimate and will send a copy via email for customer's reference. Once booked, we'll follow up a few days in advance to confirm that everything is all set. On the big day, our crew will notify you when they're on the way to provide a 'Smoove' Move. We accept Cash, Check, Card and Venmo for payment.
