Good work! We had help unloading a 16” POD into our 3 level apartment. Abdullah and Jordan were on time and helped unload our items within 3 hours. They came prepared with their moving supply supports. There was good communication in setting up appointment. However, they did not evaluate the time job accurately and had to leave to attend to another job. We had asked for support putting a few furniture pieces together. If I were to book them again, I would request to have 3 movers. Update* Abdullah responded back to my review and stated they would have stayed to complete the job to our satisfaction and they had only wished their next client had booked later. The storage bin was a little bit of distance from our apartment, which accounted for more time to transport our belongings. He offered a discount for a future move once we purchased our home. When I reached out for additional moving support once we purchased our home, he was responsive and provided me a quote with days available. In addition, I asked for a receipt for our previous services as my new employer was offering moving reimbursement. Unfortunately after our this conversation I never heard back from Abdullah and never received a receipt (after 3x requesting). I ended up moving forward with a licensed moving service. While the service they provide was good, their communication and reliability is not consistent.

Bustami movers saved the day! It was a HEAVY, last minute, late day request ON A FRIDAY! It rained hard & another company had cancelled on me. After a long day of moving the team showed up from across town at 6:30 for one more move, heavy & bulky stuff up stairs to the 2nd floor. Thanks so much! I highly recommend Bustami Movers.
